You press one button when you arrive and another when you leave. In the app: «I press Start when I arrive and Stop when I leave».

• Ideal if you want exact times but decide yourself when your shift starts.
• Ideal if you work at different places (construction sites, home services).
• Ideal if you do not want to grant Always location permission.

   To attach your workplace to your records, the app needs location access. Location is saved only on your phone. You can disable this feature at any time.

   Mode: the first time, How do you want to clock in? → Timer («You press Start when you arrive and Stop when you leave.»). Afterwards: Settings → RECORDING → Work → Clocking mode → Timer.

   Settings → Work: Hourly Rate ({currency}) («How much you earn per hour. This is used to calculate each day's amount.») and Break (minutes) («Break minutes automatically deducted from each day. Set 0 if you do not have an unpaid break.»).

   Rounding (optional): Rounding: None · 15 minutes · 30 minutes · 1 hour. With an interval, Start rounding and End rounding appear, each with Nearest · In favor of employee · In favor of employer, with a live example (Example: 07:04 → …).

   «The actual time is always preserved. Rounding only affects the display and reports.» Does not apply to manual records.

   Dashboard without a shift: Hello, {name}! 👋 and the date; the Notifications bell opens the inbox; Current time ring, 00:00:00, No active shift; Calendar ({n} days · {hours} or View month), Location, Geofence (Inactive in Timer) cards; Start shift button.

   When you press Start shift: ring with Working and Since HH:MM; with a company Your company can see you are on shift; notification Shift started / «Your shift started at {time}. Have a great shift! 💪».

   End shift, Started at HH:MM, Correct start time (→ Confirm) and Cancel shift buttons (Cancel shift? / «The current shift will not be saved. Are you sure?» → Yes, cancel → Shift canceled).

   When you press End shift: saved with the break and rate from Settings, Shift saved ✅, notification Shift ended / Today: {time} worked, {amount} earned. If a record already exists for that day: Record already exists → Cancel / Overwrite.

   If you forget to stop: after 16 h, Very long shift appears → End now · Correct start time · Cancel shift.

   Below: Today's summary (Time worked, Estimated earnings, Current month total), View more › (History) and the Weekly Summary chart. Since version 2.7.3 A suggestion may appear (Unrecorded workday / Shift without an end time).

The timer and saving work on your phone. With a company, records wait (Pending sync) and are sent when the connection returns.

• The shift does not start automatically: use Correct start time or correct it later.
• One record per day.
• If you close the app, the timer keeps counting.

That you are on shift and since what time, and your records (date, hours, break, notes).

If you have Attach location to record enabled, the record includes the point where it was saved.

It does NOT see your real-time position or route.
