Escreves tu mesmo as horas no fim do dia.
This guide is available in Spanish, Romanian and English.
You enter your hours yourself, usually at the end of the day. In the app: I enter my hours at the end of the day; in the welcome screen: «You enter your hours at the end of the day. Simple and no permissions.»
- Ideal if your schedule changes a lot.
- Ideal if you want to record past days.
- Ideal if you do not want GPS or a timer.

In Manual, the Location row does not appear in Settings.
Manual mode (in the welcome screen or Settings → RECORDING → Work → Clocking mode).
Hourly Rate and Break in Settings → Work: these are the suggested values for each new day.
Workdays.
Optional: Settings → Notifications → Daily Reminder → Time: (default 20:00).
The Daily Record card appears on the Dashboard:

| Calculate and Save | Saves the day → Day saved ✅. |
Messages: Complete all required fields., Warning: start is the same as end., Warning: break exceeds gross duration. and, if it already exists: Record already exists → Cancel / Overwrite.
Edit: History → Edit → Editing the day of {date}, Cancel editing, Save. If the company closed that month: «Your company has closed this month. The change is saved on your phone, but will not be sent to the company.»

Rounding does NOT apply to manual records.
Everything works without internet; with a company, the record is sent when the connection returns.
- One record per day.
- To view and edit days, use History.

| I chose the wrong day | History → Edit → change the Date → Save. |
| The amount does not add up | Check Apply Break, Break (min) and Hourly Rate. |
| Support asks me for more details | If support asks you: Settings → About → tap the version number 7 times. |

With Attach location to record enabled, the point where it was saved.
It does NOT see your real-time position or route.
