Set up your phone
App name on your phone: TimeCash Tracker. Here are the permissions each mode needs and where to enable them on iPhone and Android.

Huawei / Honor without Google Play Services: Automatic only works while the app is open — use Timer.
On Xiaomi, Redmi, POCO, Huawei, Honor, OPPO, realme, vivo, iQOO, Meizu, Asus, LeTV and OnePlus, TimeCash shows Allow TimeCash to auto-start with the Open auto-start settings button. The warning remains visible even after you enable it (the app cannot read that setting).
Settings → Location and automatic clocking → Status: Active — monitoring.
No amber or red warnings.
Dashboard: Geofence = Monitoring or Active — {place}.
Real test: leave the radius and re-enter; you should receive Shift ended and Shift started.
